- Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

- Payment must be made in full before production, shipping, or delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed.

- For physical goods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or upon quotation.
- Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier.
